TMK Eco Panels. Reimagining How Australia Builds

A patented Australian innovation combining strength, speed, and sustainability — engineered to meet the housing demands of the future.

How It Works

TKM Eco Panels™ are a lightweight, load-bearing wall system that merges insulation, strength, and simplicity. Each panel combines an EPS insulation core, galvanized steel mesh, and internal truss wires, finished with a durable shotcrete skin, forming a single integrated structure that’s strong, thermally efficient, and quick to install.

Componets of TMK Eco Panels and their key benefits
Component
Description
Key Benefit

TKM Eco Panels™ merge the strength of concrete, the insulation of SIPs, and the speed of prefab, all at a fraction of the cost and environmental impact.

Used Globally. Now Engineered for Australia

Panel-based construction systems like the TKM Eco Panel™ have already proven their success in Europe, Asia, UAE and South America where they’ve been used for everything from multi-storey apartments to hurricane and cyclone-resilient homes.

Yet Australia has been slow to adopt this fast, low-emission, high-performance technology. Eco Tech Innovations is changing that, having proudly developed an Australian Owned, locally patented system tailored to meet Australian 2026 national building standards and climate conditions.

Scaling Innovation Through Local Manufacturing

Eco Tech Innovations is moving from research and testing into large-scale feasibility and automation.

We’re now conducting a feasibility study to assess the cost and design of an automated manufacturing machine capable of producing TKM Eco Panels™ at scale.

This step will pave the way for two key growth models:

Licensing & Local Factories

Entrepreneurs and regional developers can purchase a production machine, license the technology, and establish new Eco Tech manufacturing hubs across Australia.

Partnerships with Builders & Developers

Construction companies can integrate Eco Tech production into their operations, building faster, greener, and more cost-effectively than traditional methods.

With the right investment, we can accelerate automation, expand local jobs, and make TKM Eco Panels the new standard for residential, social, and commercial construction across Australia.

Collaboration that Builds Confidence

Strength through partnership, bringing together engineering excellence, research integrity, and sustainable innovation.

Our work is strengthened by collaboration across engineering, innovation, and industry sectors. Together, we’re advancing construction technology that aligns with the Green Building Council of Australia’s sustainability standards and supports Australia’s housing and climate goals.
